Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most US orders arrive in 5 to 8 business days. There's a short production window before your order ships, so give it a few extra days. Worth the wait.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping on all US orders over $75. Under that, standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We're US only for now. Working on it.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Check your spam if you don't see it.

Products & Sizing

What blanks do you print on?

Two of the best in the game. Bella+Canvas 3001 (soft, fitted, true to size) and Comfort Colors 1717 (relaxed, heavyweight, that lived-in feel). The product page tells you which blank each design uses.

How do your shirts fit?

Bella+Canvas 3001 runs true to size with a slightly fitted cut. Comfort Colors 1717 runs true to size with a relaxed, boxy fit. When in doubt, size up.

Will the print crack or fade?

Nope. We use DTG (direct-to-garment) printing with water-based inks. The design is literally in the fabric, not sitting on top of it. Wash inside out on cold, tumble dry low, and it'll hold up.

What's DTG printing?

Direct-to-garment. Think of it like a high-end inkjet printer, but for shirts. It produces super detailed, soft-to-the-touch prints that don't peel, crack, or feel plasticky.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

If something's wrong with your order (wrong size, defective print, damaged in shipping), hit us up within 30 days and we'll make it right. We can't accept returns just because you changed your mind, but if there's a real issue, we've got you.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us at Admin@OffHrs.store with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement, no hassle.

Can I exchange for a different size?

We don't do traditional exchanges, but if the fit is way off, reach out and we'll work something out.

Materials & Safety

Are your inks pet-safe?

Yes. All our inks are water-based and CPSIA-compliant, which means they meet the safety standards for children's products. Your dog can drool on your tee. Your cat can sleep on it. No worries.

Are your shirts ethically made?

Yes. We produce in small batches with zero overstock and zero waste. No mass production, no sitting in warehouses. Every tee is made with intention. We use ethical manufacturing partners based in the US.

What does "water-based inks" mean?

No PVC, no phthalates, no harsh chemicals. The inks absorb into the fabric instead of sitting on top like vinyl or screen print plastisol. Softer feel, safer materials, better for your skin.

How do bundles work?

Grab 2 tees and save 15%. Grab 3 and save 20%. Mix and match across any collection. The discount applies automatically at checkout.

Do you run sales?

Occasionally. The best way to know first is to join the Off Hours Club (our email list). Members get early access to drops and exclusive discounts.

Do you have gift cards?

Not yet, but it's coming. In the meantime, just buy them a tee. You know their vibe.

What does OFFHOURS mean?

It's the hours that matter. The ones after work, off the clock, when you're actually yourself. Riding, lifting, hanging with your dog. That's what we make clothes for.

Florida. Designed in-house, printed in the US.
